The luxury US men’s skincare line had enjoyed substantial success, but having secured new funding and launching into large US retailers they decided that they needed a new strategy, a clarified point of difference and brand direction to help accelerate their growth.

Working as an expert consultant with London agency Big Tent Strategy we conducted extensive research—in person and virtually—to develop a 5-year innovation pipeline and brand repositioning strategy.
